Hirata Taiwan has always been committed to conducting all business activities with integrity and will never tolerate corruption or any form of fraudulent behavior.
When you discover suspicious behavior by Hirata Taiwan employees or any representatives of Hirata Taiwan that may violate Hirata Taiwan's code of ethical conduct, please tell us. Your report will be handled directly by senior management.
Unless otherwise required by law, we will keep confidential any personal information you provide about yourself, and will take appropriate protective measures in accordance with the law to protect your personal data and privacy.
Please note:
- The personal data you provide, including name, phone number, and email address, may be processed and used by Hirata Taiwan for the purpose of investigating the reported matter and contacting you during the investigation period. If necessary for the investigation, Hirata Taiwan may transmit your necessary personal information to subsidiaries.
- You may not knowingly falsify facts. If a report is subsequently proven to be malicious or contains deliberately fabricated false statements, you will be held legally responsible.
- To enable early investigation and resolution of issues, please provide relevant specific information and documents as much as possible. If relevant information and documents are incomplete, Hirata Taiwan will be unable to conduct an investigation.
- All or part of the relevant contact content provided to you by Hirata Taiwan may not be disclosed to anyone. Unless required by law, you may not file a lawsuit based on the contact between Hirata Taiwan and you, or use such contact as litigation materials.
